ACCOMODATION
Everything's organised for the weekend
We have booked the entire Idöborg facility for the weekend and have almost all of the island to ourselves. You as a guest do not need to organise anything, just bring your party mood, dancing shoes and swimwear! We take care of everything regarding the dinner on Friday (excluding drinks), breakfast and simple lunch, transport to the wedding ceremony, wedding dinner, party on Saturday and brunch on Sunday. You guests pay the cost price for accommodation and any transport to and from the island that takes place by boat taxi outside regular tours with Waxholmsbolaget.
Idöborg also offers sauna (booked on Friday evening) and kayaking.
Accommodation and transport
The price for the accommodation is SEK 1.950 per person for two nights (Friday - Sunday) and SEK 1.500 per personfor one night (Saturday - Sunday). Payment can be made via Swish (076-321 18 25) or via bank transfer at the latest on March 17th. Please contact the bride and groom at cjbrollop2025@gmail.com for account details if you with to pay by bank transfer. Please provide the names of all guests to whom the payment relates so that we do not accidentally miss any guest in the planning of accommodation and table seating.
It will be possible to arrange transport by boat taxi at cost price for those of you who are not able to get to Idöborg with Waxholmsbolaget on regular tours on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning.
Please note that due to the fact that the boat transport to and from the wedding ceremony takes place jointly with a subscribed boat directly from Idöborg to Djurö church, it will not be possible to drive a car to Djurö Church and then later join the party in any other way than through the joint transport. Guests who arrive in their own cars are referred to park them in the parking lot at Stavsnäs vinterhamn on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning, from where both Waxholmsbolaget's boats and the boat taxis depart for further travel to Idöborg. Please note that it cannot be guaranteed that parking spaces will always be available, so please make sure to be there well in advance of the boat/boat taxi departure to avoid stress and missed departures.
Room types
Guests are assigned accommodation in pairs as far as possible. Room allocation will be communicated later once we have established the total number of guests. Idöborg has different types of accommodation in houses with double rooms and shared bathrooms; cabins and glamping cabins. If necessary, we will also rent sailboats with berths and toilets for up to eight people per boat.
