WEDDING CEREMONY
The ceremony will take place at 15:00 in Djurö Church on Saturday 17 May. We will gather at the dock on Idöborg for a joint departure with a chartered boat to the church. After the ceremony, we will take the same boat back to Idöborg and then the mingling and subsequent wedding dinner and party will begin.
There won't be any other transport from the wedding ceremony to Idöborg apart from the chartered boat, and given the schedule for the rest of the day and evening, it will not be possible to travel by car from the church to Stavsnäs vinterhamn and from there to Idöborg. Guests who arrive on Saturday and wish to attend both the ceremony and the wedding party are therefore advised to first go to Idöborg in the morning so as not to miss all the fun that happens after the ceremony.
TRANSPORT TO IDÖBORG
Public transport
There are several ways to get to Idöborg. If you can, we recommend travelling by public transport with SL (bus) and Waxholmsbolaget (boat).
The two bus lines 433 towards Stavsnäs and 434 towards Sollenkroka usually go twice a day and departs from Slussen in Stockholm. Once SL has set the timetable for the wedding weekend, we will update the page with the current bus and boat departure times on Friday afternoon, Saturday morning and for the return journey on Sunday. The bus stop you get off at is called Stavsnäs vinterhamn (NB there are several stops named something with ‘Stavsnäs’, so make sure to get off at the right stop!)
Travelling time: about 55 minutes
When you have arrived at Stavsnäs vinterhamn, Waxholmsbolaget's boat line 17 takes you directly to Idöborg. Please note that a regular SL ticket is not valid on Waxholmsbolaget's boats, so make sure to check which Waxholmsbolaget farefee applies when you buy the SL ticket.

Own carFor those travelling with their own car on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning, it is possible to park in the Stavsnäs vinterhamn car park. Please note that we can't guarantee that there will be free parking spaces, so this will be at your own risk.
The address of the car park is Stavsnäsvägen 279. The car park is on the far left when you arrive from Stockholm. To pay for the parking space you use the app ‘Värmdö Hamnar’.
